Q: What is the size of the 40 Kg unit?
A: 460mm long x 240mm wide
Q: Can they be thrown on the floor like my dumbbells at the gym?
A: No, the gearing mechanism will not tolerate being thrown from height. The dumbbell mechanism will function for 1000s of hours of use but will not tolerate abuse.
Q: Will I receive a pair of dumbbells?
A: Yes the price shown is for a PAIR of dumbbells. 2 seperate boxes will be dispatched

After using for 10 weeks, I am impressed. Very simple to change weights. Good weights with nice grips. The weight change mechanism is slick & very easy to use. Also dumbbells are study while using for multiple exercises.
